RFID Pioneer Gets Award From US Department of Commerce
As yet another sign that RFID is attracting the attention of federal policy makers, US Department of Commerce Technology Undersecretary Robert Cresanti on Wednesday gave the first-ever "Recognition of Excellence in Innovation" award to ODIN Technologies of Dulles, Virginia. Patrick J. Sweeney II, President & CEO of ODIN technologies received the award on behalf of the company.
Robert Cresanti also serves as Chief Privacy Officer of the US Department of Commerce and is the Co-Chair of the RFID Interagency Working Group for the Federal government.
